Can I see you if I'm not yet active?

Absolutely! We cater to everyone in all walks of life. Our goal is to help you in your rehabilitation journey.

Can I get physiotherapy at Live ProACTIVE through the NHS?

While we greatly appreciate and value the NHS, Live ProACTIVE is entirely cash-based. This allows us to have complete control over our sessions and provide the quality care we strive to produce. Our wait times are minimal to none and we are easily reached via email with any questions you may have.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please come with clothing that allows easy access to whichever area of the body you'd like to have assessed. For example, if your knee is your concern, please bring shorts. With your consent, I may also have you remove articles of clothing to better view the area. Depending on your situation we will also aim to do some form of activity so please ensure you are wearing clothing and shoes that allows you to move.

How should I prepare for my virtual consultation?

Please check that your device has an active camera and that the sound works. We also recommend that find a good space to set up your device so that you can be easily seen from head to toe (if possible). Please ensure the space you choose is large enough for you to move around as we may ask you to do various movements during our assessment and treatment.

What is a vocal massage?

A vocal massage focuses on relaxing the muscles in the neck and those surrounding the larynx. It is a very useful adjunct to vocal coaching as it helps identify where muscles are holding tension, how well the larynx moves, and where it sits. We have extensive experience at treating a range of actors and singers for their vocal needs.

Can I see you if I don't have a specific issue?

Definitely! Physiotherapy can be a hugely beneficial addition to your health and wellness journey. We will offer suggestions and advice based on a thorough assessment.

Can I see you if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely! At Live ProACTIVE we would love to be a part of your journey. We highly recommend physiotherapy during and after pregnancy. We want to empower you to feel your best throughout this entire process. Many symptoms that are present postpartum do not have to be there for life such as incontinence and pelvic pain.

Do I need a referral?

We also offer a monthly membership for £40 which includes 2 FREE 15-min check-up calls with the physiotherapist as well as 25% off ALL physiotherapy services for as long as you are a member.
